  • All participants must register for tournaments through our official website.
  • Players must register with a valid game account, providing accurate in-game name (IGN) and User ID (UID).
  • Submission of false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban.
  • Any mismatch between registration details and in-game account will result in disqualification.
  • All participants must adhere to the official game rules and tournament formats specified for each event.

Tournament Rules

  • Use of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
  • XenonArena admins and observers reserve the right to review gameplay and disqualify any team or player for misconduct or unfair practices.
  • Players must join matches on time; late entries may be disqualified automatically.
  • All participants are expected to maintain fair play, avoid toxic behavior, spamming, or harassment.
  • Any form of misbehavior or attempts to mislead will result in immediate disqualification without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund

  • No refunds or cancellations are permitted after tournament registration is complete.
  • If technical issues arise from our side, refunds may be processed to the original payment method at our discretion.
  • Refunds will not be issued for player disqualifications due to rule violations or misconduct.
  • In case of tournament cancellation, participants will be notified via email, and refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Responsible For Gaming

  • XenonArena promotes fair and responsible gaming. Please avoid playing under stress, intoxication, or for financial dependency.
  • If you experience signs of gaming addiction, seek professional help or contact our support team for guidance.
  • We encourage players to take regular breaks and maintain a healthy balance between gaming and daily life.
  • Players are responsible for their own gaming habits and should not engage in excessive or compulsive gaming.

Game Management & Prize Pool

  • Game rooms will be created and managed solely by authorized XenonArena admins.
  • Players must join using the same account registered during sign-up.
  • Admins may assign roles such as Room Creator, Player Verifier, or Observer as necessary for smooth operation.
  • Prizes will be awarded only if the provided UID and IGN exactly match the registration details.
  • Incorrect or incomplete details will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • Prize distribution will occur within 7–14 working days after successful verification.
